How it works
01 SIM Installation
A Talkwire engineer fits a dedicated Guardian network SIM card into each emergency telephone on your estate, ensuring maximum coverage regardless of the location. If you have pre-existing SIMs, we can support you with a seamless transition over to Guardian SIM cards.
02 Portal Setup
We configure your estate on the Guardian portal. Every device appears on the dashboard with its connectivity status, signal strength, and last-checked timestamp. You receive your login credentials and a portal walkthrough.
03 Monitoring Begins
From the moment Guardian goes live, every device is monitored continuously. If a device loses connectivity or fails to check in, we will instantly react, notifying your chosen key contacts and dispatching a Talkwire engineer where required.
04 Regular Reporting
You will have full access to device health reporting covering every telephone on your estate. This report forms part of your compliance audit trail and can be retained as evidence of active monitoring.
