December saw the launch of our brand new CRM system, implemented to keep up with our increasing customer base and expanding sales & operational teams.

Our team had a fantastic time at the Great British Expo event, hosted at the Swindon Steam Museum in July. We met a lot of interesting people and got to learn about a variety of local businesses from different industries!
We exhibit at the South West Expo in Swindon - showcasing our leading Audio Visual product, Barco ClickShare, demonstrating how the product works and expanding an interest in our products and services.
We appoint a New Sales Account Manager to support and assist with our expanding client base
Talkwire employees complete a 10 mile or 26.2 mile 'Walk of Life' challenge to raise money towards the RUH Forever Friends Appeal and their Cancer Care Campaign,RNHRD and Therapies Centre at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. Talkwire raised an incredible £920.00.
Talkwire Ltd are awarded 'Best for IT and Telecommunications in Wiltshire' for the 2018 UK Enterprise Awards hosted by SME-News! The official list of winners along with the winners directory magazine will be released in early June so keep an eye out!!

Our Authorized Reseller status is renewed with Polycom.
Annual ISO inspection complete by external auditor.

Purchased new premises to rebuild with more professional facilities for training, storage and general working space.
Quality Assurance policy became ISO 9001:2000 accredited for Talkwire.
Office moved to larger premises in Melksham to accommodate an expanding workforce.
