Talkwire's Quality Assurance Policy is ISO 9001: 2008 registered. This certificates our adherence to internationally recognised standards, fundamental business controls and procedures in the workplace.
External auditors check and test our policy annually, providing feedback on how we have performed and guidance on how we can develop further as a business. The scope of the certification is named 'Provision and Maintenance of Integrated Telecommunication Solutions' and demonstrates Talkwire's consistent service and safety measures when working with customers across the UK.

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC)
NICEIC is the UK’s leading voluntary regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. It has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians for nearly 60 years and currently maintains rollover 26,000 registered contractors.
Talkwire is an approved contractor of NICEIC and gained our certification in January 2013. This means we have been inspected and assessed to ensure that our competence and capabilities meet technical and safety standards and codes of practice. Electrical contractors that work for Talkwire have all registered with the organisation to become approved contractors, meeting the NICEIC's specification of training. Our contractors undergo a rigorous assessment process, covering a representative sample of work, premises, documentation and equipment. They are then re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure continued compliance, integrity and technical excellence when carrying out work for customers onsite.

The Cyber Essentials scheme is a world-leading assurance mechanism for companies of all sizes to help demonstrate to customers and other stakeholders that the most important basic cyber security controls have been implemented.Cyber Essentials is a UK government scheme encouraging organisations to adopt good practice in information security.
The Cyber Essentials scheme provides five security controls that, according to the UK government, could prevent “around 80% of cyber attacks”. Properly implemented cyber security has the additional advantage of driving business efficiency throughout the organisation, saving money and improving productivity. Achieving certification will also help you to address other compliance requirements such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
