Option 1 - Standard Care

This covers calls between Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.30pm excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Response times are 4 hours for a system failure and next day for single device failures. This includes telephone support, software updates, and diagnostic solving.

Option 2 - Advanced Care

This covers calls between Monday to Saturday 08.30am to 17.30pm excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Response times are 4 hours for a system failure and next day for single device failures. This includes telephone support, software updates, and diagnostic solving.

Option 3 - Total Care

This covers calls 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Response times are 4 hours for a system failure and next day for single device failures. This includes telephone support, software updates, and diagnostic solving.
